About the service
3D wheel alignment is a precise measurement and adjustment of the wheel angles — toe, camber and caster — on a digital 3D machine. We measure and set the alignment in-house at SPRAWNO in Starołęka — after a suspension or steering repair the car does not have to go to another workshop. The measurement with adjustment starts from 250 zł. This page explains when an alignment is genuinely needed and how to tell it was done properly.
What the service includes
- Assessment of play in control arms, links and tie-rod ends — there is no point setting the angles until that play is gone, so we check it here
- Checking tyre pressure and condition — on soft or unevenly worn tyres the measurement is not trustworthy
- A clear heads-up before the repair that an alignment will be needed afterwards — and the alignment itself straight after the repair, with no second visit to another workshop
- Measurement of the front and rear axles — toe, camber and caster — followed by adjustment of whatever the model allows to be set
- A measurement report with the before-and-after values, so you can see what was actually corrected
- Advice when the car needs adjustment not provided from the factory (e.g. eccentric bolts, correction kits)
- A check after the adjustment that the car tracks straight and the steering wheel sits level

- After replacing track rod ends, track rods, the steering rack, the column or suspension components, a wheel alignment check is required.
- Wheel alignment at SPRAWNO
- We measure and set the wheel alignment in-house at SPRAWNO. The customer is informed that it needs to be done.
- Additional work
- Any surcharge for seized components, additional removal work, coding or thread repair requires the customer's consent.
- Prices
- All prices are gross prices and cover labour.
- Customer-supplied parts
- With customer-supplied parts the workshop is responsible for correct fitting, but not for the quality, fit or durability of those parts.

How much does a 3D wheel alignment cost?
A full measurement with adjustment starts from 250 zł. The final price depends on the car model and the scope of adjustment — seized parts and extra adjustments are charged separately — so we confirm it before the measurement. If we do the repair too, the alignment goes on the same invoice as the repair.
Do you do the alignment in house?
Yes. We measure and set the wheel alignment in-house, at our workshop at ul. Starołęcka 18. If we repair the suspension or steering, we set the alignment straight after the repair — no booking at a second workshop and no second trip.
Where do I go for the alignment?
To us, at ul. Starołęcka 18 in Poznań. Call 500 272 005 to book, or tell us when you drop the car off for a repair that you want the alignment done straight away. We serve customers from Starołęka, Wilda, Minikowo and the rest of Poznań Monday to Friday 8–18 and Saturdays 8–14.
Who is responsible for the alignment?
We are. We do the measurement and the adjustment ourselves, so we answer both for the suspension or steering repair and for the wheel angles — any complaint comes to us. You get a report with the before and after values; it shows whether the angles are back within the manufacturer's range, and it is your evidence if something is off.
When should I have an alignment done?
When the car pulls to one side, the steering wheel sits crooked or the tyres wear unevenly. Also after replacing parts that set the wheel angles — control arms, links, tie-rod ends or front MacPherson struts — after a hard hit on a pothole or kerb, and after fitting new tyres. Regular checks extend tread life.
Is an alignment compulsory after suspension repair?
After replacing control arms, links or tie-rod ends — yes, the angles can drift, and an unaligned car eats a tyre on one side of the tread. A check is also needed after replacing front shock absorbers in MacPherson struts: the strut is bolted to the steering knuckle and that joint sets the wheel's camber, which is why shock absorber makers' fitting instructions say to check the wheel alignment after the job — and to adjust it if the angles are out of spec. A rear shock absorber that is separate from the spring does not locate the wheel, so replacing it usually does not change the angles and a check is not needed — unless the car maker says otherwise. The same goes for brake pads. We will tell you straight which group your repair falls into, and we will not do an alignment just in case.
