3D Wheel Alignment in Poznań (Bogucin)
3D wheel alignment is a precise measurement and adjustment of the wheel angles — toe, camber and caster — on a digital 3D machine. SPRAWNO does not have an alignment rig of its own and is not going to pretend otherwise: we send you to a partner workshop near Poznań that has one, and we say so before the repair rather than when you collect the car. There, the measurement with adjustment starts from 250 zł. This page explains when an alignment is genuinely needed and how to tell it was done properly.

What the service includes
- Assessment of play in control arms, links and tie-rod ends — there is no point setting the angles until that play is gone, so we check it here
- Checking tyre pressure and condition — on soft or unevenly worn tyres the measurement is not trustworthy
- A clear heads-up before the repair that an alignment will be needed afterwards — and which workshop will do it
- A referral for measurement of all the angles on a 3D rig: toe, camber and caster
- A tip on what to ask for: the before-and-after printout, so you can see what was actually corrected
- Advice when the car needs adjustment not provided from the factory (e.g. eccentric bolts, correction kits)
- A check when you come back that the car tracks straight and the steering wheel sits level

Pricing rules
- Prices
- All prices are gross prices and are indicative until the component has been assessed by the external contractor.
- Final quote
- We confirm the final reconditioning price after the component has been stripped down or checked by a specialist partner.
- Customer's consent
- The subcontractor does not begin any chargeable reconditioning before the customer has approved the estimate.
- Deposit
- For external services we may take a deposit of 50% of the expected cost, or the full amount due to the subcontractor.
- Repair not possible
- If the component cannot be reconditioned, the customer bears the cost of the assessment, the stripping down, the transport and any reassembly.
- Parts and materials
- Spare parts, oils, fluids, gaskets, lines, filters and all other materials are charged separately, unless the estimate expressly states otherwise.
- Lead time
- The lead time given is indicative and may change because of additional damage, a lack of parts, transport or the subcontractor's workload.
- Choice of partner
- The workshop chooses the partner appropriate to the type of component, unless the customer has agreed a different arrangement with us beforehand.
- Warranty
- The written warranty on the reconditioning is set by the external contractor. If SPRAWNO invoices for the whole service, the customer submits the warranty claim to SPRAWNO.
- Partner's invoice
- If the customer settles directly with the subcontractor, liability and warranty handling are governed by the documents issued by that subcontractor.
- Warranty conditions
- The warranty may require an oil change, replacement of filters and lines, flushing of the system, elimination of the original cause of the failure and correct fitting.
- Cause of the failure
- Reconditioning a component does not in itself remove the cause of its failure. Diagnosing and eliminating that cause may be charged separately.
- Turbocharger
- When reconditioning a turbocharger we check the lubrication, the intake, the crankcase breather, the intercooler and the pipework. Omitting any of the required work may void the warranty.
- DPF
- Before a DPF is cleaned, the cause of the blockage must be checked, in particular the injection, the turbocharger, the sensors, the EGR and oil consumption.
- Wheel alignment
- We carry out wheel alignment after any play in the suspension and steering has been eliminated and after the tyres and rims have been checked.
- Wheel rims
- A specialist decides whether a rim can be straightened or welded. The workshop may refuse to repair a component that would not be safe in further use.
- Injectors
- Coding, new washers, bolts, cleaning of the seats and repair of damaged mountings may be charged separately.
- Cylinder head
- The extent of cylinder head machining depends on the result of the pressure test, the flatness measurement and the condition of the valves, guides, seats and camshafts.
- Gearboxes
- The cost of reconditioning a gearbox can only be established once it has been stripped down. Oil, filter, torque converter, mechatronics and adaptations may be charged separately.
- Customer-supplied parts
- A component supplied by the customer is accepted with a description of its condition. We are not responsible for earlier damage, missing items or hidden defects.
- Old parts
- Replaced components can be returned to the customer provided they are not subject to an exchange surrender scheme and the customer asks for them before the repair starts.
- Core deposit
- For components reconditioned on an exchange basis, a refundable core deposit may apply for the old part.
- Transport
- The workshop is not responsible for delays by the carrier. Damage to a consignment is reported in accordance with the transport company's rules.
- Cancellation
- If the customer cancels after the assessment has started or after parts have been ordered, they cover the cost of the work carried out, the transport and any parts that cannot be returned.
- Collection
- The customer should collect the component or the car by the agreed date. Once a request to collect has been issued, a storage charge may be applied.

How much does a 3D wheel alignment cost?
At the workshop we send you to, a full measurement with adjustment starts from 250 zł. The final price depends on the car model and the scope of adjustment, so confirm it there before the measurement. It is not a line on our invoice — you pay them directly.
Do you do the alignment in house?
No. We do not have an alignment rig of our own and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We send you to a partner workshop near Poznań that has a 3D rig — we give you the actual address, not a vague 'find someone'. We say so before the repair, so you know from the start that there is one more stop and one more separate cost.
Where do I go for the alignment?
Call 500 272 005 or just ask when you pick the car up — we will name the workshop near Poznań we work with and tell you what to book there. We ourselves serve customers from Poznań, Swarzędz, Bogucin and the surrounding area Monday to Friday 8–18 and Saturdays 8–14.
Who is responsible for the alignment?
The workshop that carried it out — they warranty the measurement and the adjustment, and that is where any complaint goes. We answer for our part: the suspension or steering repair. Ask for the printout with the before and after values; it shows whether the angles are back within the manufacturer's range, and it is your evidence if something is off.
When should I have an alignment done?
When the car pulls to one side, the steering wheel sits crooked or the tyres wear unevenly. Also always after replacing suspension components, after a hard hit on a pothole or kerb, and after fitting new tyres. Regular checks extend tread life.
Is an alignment compulsory after suspension repair?
After replacing control arms, links or tie-rod ends — yes, the angles can drift, and an unaligned car eats a tyre on one side of the tread. After replacing shock absorbers or brake pads alone it usually is not needed. We will tell you straight which group your repair falls into, and we will not send you for an alignment just in case.
