Frequently asked questions
How much does a tow truck and delivery to the workshop cost?
Picking up a broken-down car within Poznan and bringing it to us costs from 299 zł. For the surrounding towns — Swarzędz, Czerwonak, Kobylnica — there is a wider-range package from 449 zł. Longer routes are quoted individually, always before we set off. Call: 500 272 005.
What is the delivery range?
Each package covers the number of kilometres stated in its own description in the price list below: the basic one covers Poznan, the wider one Swarzędz, Czerwonak, Kobylnica, Janikowo and neighbouring towns. We'll also come for a car further out; extra kilometres are charged at the per-kilometre rate, and we agree the route and how it is counted before we set off.
Will the tow truck take a car after a collision or breakdown?
Yes. We transport immobilised cars — after a crash, or an engine, gearbox, clutch or suspension failure, as well as cars that won't start. The vehicle rides safely on the tow truck straight to our workshop in Bogucin.
How do I order a tow truck?
Call 500 272 005 and describe the situation — where the car is, what happened and what you drive. We'll agree the delivery cost and timing, and if we take on the repair right away, we'll coordinate transport with your workshop booking. One honest heads-up: if things change, cancel before the truck sets off — once it is on its way, a cancellation costs 199 zł.
Do I need to be with the car at pickup?
Ideally yes — either you or someone with the keys who can point out the vehicle. We need access to the car to load it safely onto the tow truck. We'll confirm the details by phone when you order.
What if the car can't be repaired straight away?
No problem — once it's delivered we assess the fault and give you a repair quote before any work starts. The decision is yours. If the repair needs ordered parts, the car can wait safely with us.
What hours can I order roadside assistance?
It is simplest during workshop hours: Mon–Fri 8–18 and Sat 8–14. We'll also come at night (22:00–6:00), on Sundays and public holidays — then a surcharge from the price list is added, confirmed when we take the job and before the truck sets off. Call 500 272 005 and describe the situation.
