Brake service in Poznań (Bogucin)
We replace pads and discs, service calipers and change brake fluid at our workshop in Bogucin, on the border of Poznań and Swarzędz. We fit front axle pads from 220 zł. We always give a quote before the repair and provide a warranty on our labour.

Pricing rules
- Parts
- Pads, discs, calipers, lines, fluids and other parts are charged separately.
- Replacement in pairs
- Discs, pads, brake shoes and drums are replaced as complete sets across the whole axle.
- Additional work
- Any surcharge for seized components, damaged threads or additional removal work requires the customer's consent.
- Post-repair check
- After the repair we check for leaks, the fluid level, pedal operation and correct system function.
- Road test
- After a brake repair we carry out a road test if conditions and the condition of the car allow.
- Bedding-in
- After replacing discs and pads the customer is told how to bed in the new components correctly.
- Safety
- If the condition of the braking system is a safety risk, we inform the customer about the risk of driving on.
- ABS
- A diagnostic scan does not replace a mechanical brake check or a brake force measurement on a roller brake tester.
- Prices
- All prices are gross prices and cover labour.
- Customer-supplied parts
- With customer-supplied parts the workshop is responsible for correct fitting, but not for the quality, fit or durability of those parts.
Frequently asked questions
How much does replacing pads and discs cost?
Front axle pad replacement starts from 220 zł. The price of parts depends on your car model — we always give an exact, binding quote before we start work, with no surprises.
How long does a brake replacement take?
Replacing pads or discs on one axle usually takes 1–3 hours, depending on whether it is pads alone or a set with discs. When we have the parts in stock or ordered in advance, we often do it the same day on the spot. Book a slot by phone and we'll have the parts ready for your arrival.
Do you give a warranty on the repair?
Yes. We give a warranty on our labour. We fit pads and discs from reputable manufacturers, but the parts themselves — pads, discs, calipers, lines and fluids — are charged separately; where you supply the parts, we are responsible for fitting them properly, not for their quality or durability. If something bothers you after the repair — squealing or vibrating — come back to us and we'll check it at no extra charge.
Do I need to book in advance?
It's best to call 500 272 005 and book a slot — we'll order the right pads and discs and take you without queuing at our workshop in Bogucin near Poznań. In urgent cases (no braking, loud grinding) we try to take the car straight away.
How often should brake fluid be changed?
Brake fluid is changed on average every 2 years or 60,000 km — over time it absorbs water and loses effectiveness, which lengthens the braking distance. Checking the fluid quality is included in a full brake inspection and in the service packages; on its own it is an inexpensive item in the price list. When we change it we bleed all four wheels.
Do pads need to be replaced on both axles at once?
No. Pads are replaced in pairs across the whole axle, but you don't have to do the front and rear at the same time — if only the front is worn, we replace the front. We'll advise you honestly about what really needs replacing and what will still run fine.
