That's why we ask our customers for honest Google reviews and take every one of them seriously, including the critical ones. For us, it's the simplest way to keep getting better.
What you can count on: a quote before the repair, the agreed deadline kept or a phone call explaining why, and a clear word on what is urgent and what can wait. We don't tack on "surprises," and we deduct the basic diagnostics fee from a repair done with us within 30 days, if it concerns the fault found.
