Booking via an AI assistant

You can ask your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others — once connected as a tool/connector) to check free slots and submit a visit request to SPRAWNO. A request is not a confirmed booking — we call you back to confirm the time.

For AI assistants & agents

SPRAWNO (car service & detailing, Poznań area, Poland) exposes a public, auth-free booking API so an AI assistant can act on a user's behalf. All times Europe/Warsaw. Booking is arequest model: the shop phones the customer to confirm — always tell the user it is a request, not a confirmed appointment, and collect their name and phone before booking.

Endpoints

GET /api/agent/services — bookable services + ids + "from" prices
GET /api/agent/slots?service=&from=&to= — free 45-minute slots
GET /api/agent/hours — working hours, timezone, first bookable date
POST /api/agent/book — create a booking request (returns request_id)

Other services are booked by phone: +48 500 272 005. No API key required. Booking requests are limited per client IP (3 per hour, 5 per day), per phone number (2 per day) and by a daily cap; when a limit is hit the API returns HTTP 429 with a message asking the user to call.
