The fleet subscription starts at three vehicles — Fleet Start costs 49 zł per vehicle per month, so three times that at the minimum fleet size, and gives you a vehicle register, reminders, two quick checks per car per year and priority on slots. If you run three cars but do not need scheduling, you can stay on the fleet labour discount alone, which grows with the number of vehicles. The discount and the subscription do not stack — you pick one or the other, and we are happy to work through the numbers with you on the phone.

Yes — there is a separate taxi driver subscription at 79 zł, priced per vehicle. It covers the vehicle register, service reminders, four quick checks a year, two basic computer diagnostics and a labour discount. The agreement runs for at least six months, because the point of this subscription is regularity rather than a single visit.

The subscription covers the organisation of servicing plus a set number of checks and scans per year — the exact allowance for each plan is in the price list below. Repairs, parts, oils, filters and fluids are billed separately, as are external services. In other words: you pay the subscription for predictability and priority, not for free repairs. Setting up a vehicle record is free within a subscription; drawing up the service schedule comes with the fleet intake package, and outside it we charge for it separately. The monthly report is included in the higher plans.

It depends on the plan — the allowance for each is in the price list below: diagnostic priority within three working days on the entry plan, two on the middle plan and one working day on the Fleet Pro plan at 169 zł. The priority covers diagnostics — how long the repair itself takes depends on its scope and on parts availability, and nobody can honestly promise that in advance. Without a subscription you can still jump the queue as a separately priced priority intake, but that does not guarantee the repair is finished the same day.

Yes, within 15 km of the workshop in Bogucin — that covers Poznan, Swarzędz, Czerwonak, Kobylnica and the surrounding area. Collection costs 100 zł and delivery back after the repair costs the same; anything further is quoted individually. The car must have valid third-party insurance and a valid roadworthiness certificate so we can legally drive it. On the top plan, one door-to-door run per month for the fleet is included.

For fleets we work on consolidated billing and a VAT invoice rather than a separate document for every visit. The fleet and taxi subscriptions themselves are billed monthly — that is a fixed rule, not a negotiating point. The rest — payment terms and the scope of reporting — is agreed individually in the fleet agreement, because a company with three cars and one with twenty need different things. No. The fleet discount is the alternative to a subscription for companies that do not need scheduling or reports and simply want cheaper labour across several cars. The subscription already has its own discount built in, so combining the two would be counting the same benefit twice. The discount thresholds by fleet size are in the price list below.

No. The fleet discount applies to labour only — it does not cover parts or external services such as component remanufacturing or wheel alignment carried out outside our workshop. Parts are supplied at cost plus a standard margin, and for larger fleets we are happy to agree parts-selection rules so that running costs stay predictable.

Yes, and it is one of the reasons to look here: hybrids in taxi work have their own quirks and most workshops send them straight to a main dealer. Driver, vehicle and service history data is used solely to deliver the fleet service, in line with applicable data protection rules. The vehicle record and repair history are yours: when the cooperation ends we hand the documentation over, and the rules for termination, settling repairs already started and collecting the documentation are set by the individual fleet agreement.
